Director and Principal consultant

Chris is a highly experienced and motivated leader with a total of 30 years’ practical experience in delivering successful business outcomes through the development of high performing teams, and strategically aligning the outputs of the teams to deliver on the business plan or strategic vision. 

As a senior industry leader working with executives and senior leaders, Chris is able to bring a diverse experience of working across a number of industries complimented with having experienced the diversity and culture’s of working in a range of different countries. 

In the past 10 years Chris has held leadership roles with major businesses in Australia, developing and enabling the transformation of organisations to achieve the strategic goals. This experience enables Chris to provide a factual and experienced viewpoint when working with teams to identify and implement strategically aligned improvement programs.

In the past 5 years Chris has worked closely with McKinsey and PWC to develop, deliver and report transformation programs in major Western Australia businesses.

The technical fields of; engineering, asset management, procurement and project management (Program and Portfolio, PMO, project controls) are specialised areas of experience
